Russian means sober! The Government of the USSR and then Russia, promoting the use of alcohol and drinking culture to the Russian people, which leads them to extinction, dullness, loss of ethics, morals and conscience. In other words, with alcohol the government is engaged in genocide against the Russian people. And I want that everybody knows that the Russian nation was anciently one of the most sober of the planet, but her history is now distorted and blatantly lie and inspire all the opposite.
